1. When is the shipping after payment?
– Usually we can ship out the shoes from warehouse to the our local shipping company in 48 hours, but the shipment time depends on the shipping company.
– Aliexpress Standard Shipping delivery time normally 12-30 days based on different countries.
– If you need fast shipping, you can choose DHL and Fedex, normally 4-8 days.

2. Where can I track my order?

3. About the colour:
– Different monitor can display different color, even if it's the same color, so please allow reasonable color difference.

4. About the sizes:
– Please choose the size based on your foot length and our size chart.
– There will be 0.1-0.5 cm error of the manual messurement.
– Foot length ≠ insole length ≠ outsole length.

– For example: EUR 42 = USA 9 = UK 8 = Fit foot length 261-267 mm.

5. About the small threads, stains, micro-color or micro-glue smell
– The shoes with above problems are not belong to quality problems, Please don't open the dispute easily.
– Any questions, please contact us firstly, we will help you solve the problem ASAP. Thanks for your kind understanding.

6. Why does it show that a refund is being processed after my order cancellation?
– It means your refund is currently being processed. Normally it takes about 3-20 business days to back to your bank account. Please wait patiently for the refund.

7. About customs fees
– Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, duties and taxes for importation into buyer's country. You must pay the customs fees for customs clearance in your country. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.
